Foot And Toe Exercises

There are 19 muscles in the feet, 18 of the 19 muscles connect directly connect to the toes. Since we are shoe wearing people, the muscles become weak because we cannot move our toes freely. The more you exercise your toes – the stronger your entire feet become.

Spell the alphabet with your toes, foot and ankle.

Using thick cotton balls or small corks between your toes, squeeze your toes together 10 or 15 times.

Using a thick rubber band around both big toes and pull them away from each other.

Wrap a rubber band around all your toes and pull your toes away from one another.

Roll a golf ball along the arch your foot to make the arch more flexible and this will take pressure off the heel.

Put a towel on the floor and scrunch it toward your self.

Put some marbles on the floor and pick them up one at a time and put them into a container.
